White Elephant For A Black Cat

It’s Christmas in (almost) October as my story, “Whitey’s Elephant,” is reprinted in Black Cat Weekly.

“Whitey’s Elephant” is about a wiseguy holiday gift exchange gone wrong, told in the form of a wiretap transcript. It originally appeared at Cold Caller in December of 2025.
