The Hourglass Is On Instagram

As if you didn’t have enough damn social media to follow … this blog is also on Instagram. I know, I know. Drop the balloons. But the Hourglass Instagram account isn’t duck-lipped selfies of your humble narrator jet-setting around the world to pose on the decks of motor yachts with bottles of six-figure tequila. No!

The Hourglass Instagram account, for these past several months, has been about mystery, thriller, and suspense books mini-reviews. Many of these come from my year as an Edgars judge, but I also touch on some older books in my collection, and I’ve even rolled out a couple video reviews recently. If you want to hear my failing voice — and haven’t yet subjected yourself to one of my podcasts or YouTube appearances — then this is a way to dip your toe into those brackish waters.
